HOW to BREAK the WORRY HABIT - BEFORE it BREAKS YOU!

Worry is something that affects people in all shapes and sizes, it influences many aspects of your life, work, money, family life and relationships to name but  a few.  One of best clients was saying only the other day she spent a lot of time worrying about anything and everything.  So, I thought that this might be something that would help her and other like her to become worry-free. 

Recently, I came across a book that was recommended by my business mentor it is written by Dale Carnegie and is called How to Stop Worrying and Start Living.  This book contains some practical suggestions for breaking out of the self destructive habit of worrying and it will enable you to lead a more enjoyable and positive life.
