These Shoes Were Made for Nordic Walking

We love Nordic Walking and it is far better to Nordic Walk with comfortable dry feet especially now when the weather is starting to change towards autumn Nordic Walking. Conditions underfoot might be damp but we do not allow cold feet to dampen our Nordic Spirits.

Here are some tried and tested different shoes for Nordic Walking. An ideal is to have a flexible sole shoe like a trainer, that is waterproof and flexible to allow freedom of foot movement. Unlike vibram soles which are very rigid and to not allow freedom of foot movement. Two of the best shoes we have come across that seems to dot the i's and cross the t's of Nordic Walking are the Asis Gel Trail shoe Lahar and the Salomon Ultra GTX :

We hope that there is a shoe here that is right for you, click on the links to check out the technical aspects of each shoe.  We wish you dry comfortable feet every time you Nordic Walk. Please visit our website or drop us a line about your Personal Training or Nordic Walking requests.  Warmest wishes, from Active Edge Solutions - Personal Training and Nordic Walking
