Step Up For the YMCA GYM Open Day

Active Edge Solutions - Personal Training are proud to support the YMCA GYM with their open day on Saturday 11th January 2011, from 10 am until 4pm.
All welcome to attend, no matter what you fitness ability it doesn't matter how fit you are. Taking part counts, you will be supporting a worthwhile cause and perhaps spark your quest to get fitter and healthier. How amazing is that to quick start your fitness this 2011.
